Beauty Bridge Salons are POWERed by Volunteers !
All beauty services are provided by hair stylists, nail techs, and estheticians, who are donating their time and talent!
All of our supplies are also provided FREE of charge. We partner with local and national beauty distributors to receive shampoo, conditioner, styling products, styling tools, hair color, nail supplies, skin care, and disinfectant and cleaning supplies.
Our service goal is to be open 5 days a week, with 2 volunteer stylists working 7 hours per day.
This will allow us to serve 50-70 clients per week, 200-280 per month!
Beauty Bridge Salon expenses include: rent, utilities, and insurance.

Memorial Gifts
IN HONOR OF MAY
My beautiful compassionate younger sister May lost her hard fought battle with ovarian cancer recently. She was an RN extraordinaire with extensive experience and capabilities in Hospice Care, Visiting Nurses, Radiation Oncology nursing, ICU, and nursing education. She loved life, new adventures, scuba diving, boating, especially sailing, traveling, and golf. After working her whole life, she and her soul mate husband of 46 years, Ron, moved to Bluffton, SC where she quickly put her skills to use volunteering at Volunteers in Medicine, Heroes on Horseback, and many other ministries of her church.
Helen Keller once said: "Life is a chronicle of friendship. Friends create the world anew each day. Without their loving care, courage would not suffice to keep hearts strong for life." My wonderful tennis friends here on Longboat Key have chosen to honor my sister with donations to support BEAUTY BRIDGE. When I told them about this new nonprofit project with a purpose of reclaiming self esteem for women at risk, they were all on board.
May would have been inspired by BEAUTY BRIDGE. She would have loved the "giving back to the community" by the founder, DeDe Caldwell. The bond my sister and I forged in childhood will never be broken, and even now I feel her presence and love.
